Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497. of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property~
situated in St. Lucie County. Florida, is described as follows:
