REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

THIS INDENTURE made this 1 st day of November, 1971 , between
George E. Goodenow and Gertrude E. Goodenow, husband and wife, Mortgagors,
of the County of Jackson, and the State of Iowa, and G. L. Stockham, Mortgagee,
of the County of Jackson, and the State of Iowa . ~
WITNESSETH: That the said Mortgagors, in consideration of Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($1 S, 000 .00) loaned by Mortgagee, received by Mortgagors , and evidenced
by the promissory note hereinafter referred to, do by these gresents sell, convey
and mortgage unto the said Mortgagee the following described real estate situated ~
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-vvit: `
Lot 9, Block 17, of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, according to
.K a Revised Plat thereof of Block 17, 21 and 22 of Fort Pierce Beach
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 12, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
together with all oersonal property that may integrally belong to, or be or hereafter
become an integral nart of said real estate, and whether attached or detached
(such as light fixtures, shades, rods, blinds, venetian blinds, awnings, storm
windows, storm dco:s, screer$ li^oleu:~, water heater, water softener, automatic
heating equipment and other attached fixtures), and hereby granting, conveying and ;
mortgaging also all of the easements , servient estates appurtenant thereto, rents, ;
' issues, uses, profits and right to possession of said real estate, and all crogs
E raised thereon from now until the debt secured thereby shall be paid in full. As
~ to any s~sch gersonal property, or fixtures, or both, a Security Interest hereby attaches
a thereto, as provided by the Uniform Commercial Gode.

Said Mortgagors hereby covenant with Mortgagee, or successor in interest,
~ that said Mortgagors hold clear title to said personal property, and title in fee ~

simple to said real estate; that they have good and lawful authnrity to sell, convey ~
~ and mortgage the same; that said oremises are free and clear of all liens and '
~ encumbrances whatsoever exceot as may be above stated; and said mortgagors covenant
~ to warrant and defend the said premises and the eaid personal oroperty against the
~ lawful claims of all gersons whomsoever, except as may be above stated.

~ Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower, homestead and
~ distributiv~ share in and to the abave described premises and waives all rigfiis of
= exemption, as to any of said property.

Conditione~ however, that if said Mortgagors shall pay or cause to be paid
= to said ~liortgagee, or his successors, or assigns, said sum of money which shall be
legal tender in oayment of all debts and dues, public a~d private, at time of payment, ;
~ all at the time, olace, and ~pon the terms provided by one promissory note of
:y Mortgagors to Mortgagee, of even date herewith, and shall perform the other pro-
visions hereof, then these oresents will be void, otherwise to remain in full force
= and effect.
1. Taxes. Mortgagors shall oay e~ch installment of all taxes and soecial
assessrnents of every kind, now or hereafter levied against said groperty, or any
~5 part thereof before same become delinquent, without notice or demand.
_ Z. Insurance. Niortgagors shall keep in force insurance, oremiums therefore 1
to be ~repaid without notice or dema~d, against loss by fire, tornado and other ~
- ~azards, cas~alties and co:?tingencies as Mortgagee may require on personal property
