and limited comnon elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments, and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple, forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seized of !
