SELLER will complete road improvements to your property not later than six (G) months
from date of Agreement; this access road will be cleared and graded.

such other place as the Seller may designate in writing, together with interest at the rate

IF ANY PAY~T is not made within thirty (301 days after it is due, the entire unpaid

cise that option shall not waive the right to exercise it in event of a subsequent default.
In event of default in payment, the Buyerts) will pay all costs of col~ection includin~ a
reasonable attorney's fee. :tight of demand or protest is waived.
Iv CASE of the failure of the Buyer(s) to make anY of the payments herein designated, or
any part thereof, or failure to perform any of the covenants on his (their) part hereby
made and entared into for a period of 30 days after maturity, this contract shall be for-
' ieited and torminated, and the Buyer(s) shall forfeit all payments made by him (them) on
~ this contract, and such payments shall be retained by the Sellor in full satisfaction and =
in liquidation of all damases by them sustained; and the Seller shall have the ri~ht to ~
4 :e-enter and take posse ssion of the premises aforesaid without being liable to ant~ action
~ therefor., Notice to quit and of forfeiture are each hereby waived. ~
- IT IS FL'R~iIIt AGREED that the Seller will pay for the necessarY documentary stamps on the
deed and for the recordin~ of the m~rtgage. TT~e Buyer(s) shall pay for recording the deed,
the intan~i~le tax on the mortgage and the documentary stamps on the note. 'I??e Seller
~ reserves the right at any time when any part of the principal and interest due on this
' ;~~reement has not been paid to require the purchnser to deliver to the Seller ~ purchase
; rconey promissory note and mortgage, in standard form com~only used in Florid~, and to
' receive from the seller in exchange therefor a~Yarranty Deed conveying the title of the
property from the Seller to the Purchasor~ vd~ich Deed and I1fc~rtgage may be recorded at the
~ option of the Purchaser.
