For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/l00 Dollars ~
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged. we hereby release the property herei~after
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20~ 1959, by and between North Beach Mlater Company,
a Fiorida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporati~n~ a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral

Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida. is described as f ollows:
~ Lot 19, Block 4, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, Section One,
` aA per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A
~ and 30B of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
