of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and '
That certain Easement for road purposes created by •
that certain unrecorded Agreement from the Florida
East Coast Railway Company to Maule Industries, Inc.,
dated March 1, 1957 over the following described
property, to-wit:
A strip of land 20 feet wide northwesterly and
southeasterly extending northeasterly and south-
westerly across the right of way and tracks of the
Railway at St. Lucie, Florida, the longitudinal
center line of said strip of land being located
997.5 feet southeasterly from the Railway's Mile
Post No. 239 from Jacksonville, Florida, said right
of way of the Railway having a total width of 100
feet at t`:s location, being ~0 feet in width on
each side of the center line of the Railway's
northbound main track, and
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the non-exclusive
riqhts and privileges of the Mortgagor in the afore-
said turning basin to the Indian River unto the
hereby mortgaged premises belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
