easement is not already permanent apart from this Agreement.
5. This A~reement shall be recorded in the Public
Fecords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and shall be binding upon
the parties hereto and their assi~ns. The covenants contained
herein shall run with the land and an,y subsequent conveyances or i
encumbrances of said Sections 18, 1Q and 20 shall be sub~ect to the ~
prooerty line between these sections as established by the Agreement. ~
