BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared CHARLES R. P. BROWN,
who upon being first duly srrorn did depose and say as ;a2lows:
That according to the records of the affice of the Secretary of the State of
Florida the surviving directors of Investments of Indian River Inc., a dissolved ,
Florida Corpora~ion at the ti.me of dissolution of said Corporation were, David L.
!lcCain, Jo Ann Gautier, Marie Hutchinson; that said Jo Ann Gautier is now Jo Ann
Sias, having married subsequent to the dissolution of said Corporation; that your
affiant knows of his oWn knoWledge that these individuals executing Quit Claim Deeds
as surviving trustees of Investments of Indian River Inc., a dissolved corporation
to John J. Kearney conveying the W 1/2 of Nti 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 32, Tot~mship
34 South, Range 40 East, excepting therefrom a right-of-Way for public roads a~
drainage canals, and subject to easements for public utilities, are the same persons
as the last directors of said dissolved Corporation.
