LEASE AND OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT ~ ' i
THIS AGREEMENT made and executed in duplicate this 1 st day of
November , 1971, by and between GRACE B. HOLLOWAY,
her heirs and assigns, of Winter. Park, Florida, Party of the First Part,

hereinafter called "Lessor", and WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC. , ;

a corporation of Fort Pierce, Florida, Party of the Second Part, herein-
after called "Lessee".
(the use herein of the words "Lessor" and'Lessee" shall
include their heirs, representative, successors, grantees
and assigns. )
WITNESSETH:
That Lessor, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements
