HomeMy WebLinkAbout0660 this lease and the term hereby granted, and all right and interest of Lessee hereunder, by giving to Lessee thirty (30) days notice in writing of such default and upon the expiration of the time fixed in said notice, if such de- ~ fault has not been fully rectified, this lease and the terms hereby granted shall wholly cease and expire with the same effect as if that date were the date originally fixed herein for the expiration of the term; and thereupon Lessor shall have the right to re-enter and repossess the said demised premises, together with,all buildings, by force or otherwise, and to dis- possess and remove Lessee and all occupants of the premises, by summary proceedings or fn any lawful manner. Further, in any such event, Lessor is hereby given the eption to accellerate the maturity of the rent install- ments for the balance of the term. This option shall be exercised by an instrument in writing signed b~~ Lessor and transmitted to Lessee, notifying Lessee of the intention of Lessor to declare all unmatured rent installments as presently due and payable. 7. Lessee agrees to deliver to Lessor, upon the termination of this E lease, the demised premises in good order and repair, ordinary wear and tea r excepted. 8.
