ation thereof, and without further advice or notice to auch peraon,
for the purpose of correcting typographical errors, complying with the
requirements of an inatitutional mortgagee, or for other reasor., pro-
vided such deletion, addition and/or amendment ahall not materially
adveraely affect the rights of auch peraon o P the Leasee hereu~der.
