WILLIAM C. SCHI~IIDT, dated April 28, 1970, and recorded in Official
Records Book 184, page 1175, etc., public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said mortqages having been consolidated into one
mortqage lien by the Mortgage Consolidation and Extension Agree-
ment entered into between WILLIA?~t C. SCI~IDT and ROGER L. TOFFOLO\,
as TrLStee, dated Apri1.24, 1970, and recorded in Official Records
Book 284, paqe 2178~ etc., public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in consideration of the sum.o~ $23,638.90 , in hand paid
by ROGER L. TOFFOLO~i, as Trustee, the receipt of whieh is hereby
acknowledqed, hereby on this 1tTN day of November , 1971, re-
leases from the lien of t:~e aforesaid mortgages, as consolidated,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
