- ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT ~
This agreement, made this ~ day of April, 1971,

between CIAUDE H. COMBS and IAUISE L. COMBS, his wife, herein-
after called "FIRST PARTIES" and ROBffitT WALKER UAVIS and EISIE
M. D~AVZS, his wife, 2017 Hills Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, here-
inafter called "SECOND PARTIES",
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and
perform the oovenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, First Parties h~rei~y covenant and agree to
cenvey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encum-
brances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following
described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida;
Lot 17, Block 4, INDIAN HILIS ~STATFS, as per plat
` thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 32, public
j records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties

the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUT~IDRED DOLIARS ($14, 500. 00)
with interest at the rate af 996 per annum as follows:

receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;

the whole be fully paid;
Each installment shall first be applied on the pay-
ment of interest, taxes and insurance and then on the

stallments will remain at $130.00 per month unless
taxes or insurance cause the payments to fluctuate
a~~ ~ d ~ upward or downward from their present level, and both
