THIS INDENTURE, executed this~day of Nove~ber,
1971, between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK. Fort Pierce. Florida, a
banking institution incorporated under the laws of the State of
Florida, as Executor of the Estate of FRANK V. GOODHI4.RT, de-
ceased, PAR'i'Y OF THE FIRST PART, and HERBERT H. VREELAND, and
FiERMA L. VR1sELAND, his wife, PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART, whose i
address is P.O. Box 1161, Jensen Beach, Florida, 33457;
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to an Order of
the Count Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated ~
the~day of November, 197I, and in pursuance of a power `
of sale contained in the Will of the above decedent, and in con- '
sideration of the premises and the sum of $6500.00, cash, and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains, ~
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the ~
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assiqns forever, 1
the real property in St. Lucie County, F2orida, described as: ~
Lot 17, Block B, Plat of C. A, KILLER'S SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, paqe 50,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances beionging or in anywise appertaining to
