Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
OTIS R. PARKER, JR., who, being by me first duly sworn, did depose
and say as follows:
That he was well acquainted with one Frank Epaul, the
grantor in that certain war=anty deed dated October 14, 1949,
from Frank Epaul to Luigis Temofonte Bruno also known as Gina
Bruno, recorded in Deed Book 152, page 474, Public Records, St.
Lucie County, Florida; that your affiant knows of his own knowledge
that at the time of the execution of said Warranty Deed, said
Frank Epaul was a single man.
This Affidavit is made with reference to the rollowing
property lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: ~
