FRANCES D. WOUTERS, who, being by me first duly sworn, did depose
and say as follows:
That your affiant was well acquainted with one Julius
Wouters during his lifetime; that said Julius Wouters was the
father-in-law of your affiant until his death in Vero Beach,
Florida, on September 12, 1958; that she c~*as aquainted with the ~
business affairs of said Julius Wouters and knows of her own
knowledge that the person named as Julias Wouters as grantee in
that certain warranty deed from Elmer Robb dated July 16, 1938,
; recorded in Deed Book 93, page 228, Public Records, St. Lucie

County, Florida, and the person named as Julius Wouters as grantee

~ in that certain tax deed dated February 7, 1938, and recorded in

4 Tax Deed Book 3, page 55, Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida,
