For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Doilars
to the undersi9~ed in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinafter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company~
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245. Page 596, and
re-recor~~~ in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. wherein North Beach Water
Company egreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida. is described as follows:
