lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that the reference to
MARJORIE P. 0'QUINN, Custodian, does not relate to any established ,

guardianship of record in any probate ~nd guardianship Court and,
therefore, the reference to said Grantee as Custodian is used inter-
changeably with the word 'trus~ee'; and that this Grantee affiant,
as Trustee, has full power and authority to make convevance in and
