In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the mastuline shall include the feminine and
neuter. Al) rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respettive
heirs, executors, administrators. succe:Nrs and assigns of the Mortgagor end Mortgagee.
