to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinafter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1939. by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596. and
re-recorded i~ Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page A97. of the official
records ~of''S~-~---Luc ie County, Florida ~ where in North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral

Gove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property.
situated in St. Lucie County. Florida, is described as follows:
Lots 7 and 13, Block 3, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision~ Section One.
