BEFORE 11IE, the undersigned authority, persoilally appeared MYRTLE
B. ENGLAR who, upon first being sworn did depose and say that she has been :

a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, for more than 56 years last past and ~
that she was well acquainted with E. Grace Aylin, John A. Bentley and H. S.
MacGlashan during their lifetime and that she is now and has been well ac-
quainted ~vith John A. Cook and his mather, Sybil Cook, who continue as '
residents of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that this affiant was President

' and principal stockholder of Englar Realty Co. a Florida corporation.
F Affiant further says that she first became knowledgeable as to the owner-

> ship and possession of subject land on December 8, 1930 when the late Jonn

^ A. Bentley received title thereto under deed from B. A. Brown as Sheriff of

~ St. Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to an execution under a Final Judgment

~ held by John A. Bentley against E. Grace Aylin. That this affiant as a realtor ~

~ represented and had the handling of all properties in St. Lucie County , Florida,

~ owned by the said John A. Bentley, and she knows that said Bentley went into
~
~ possession of subject land and caused the same to be surveyed. That this
~
i affiant never had knowledge of any party ever asserting a right of possession
~ or ownership in subject land during the period of Bentley's ownership and
~ accordingly caused the said ~:nglar Realty Co. to acquire said land by deed
from Bentley filed February 2, 1931 in Deed Book 83, page 354. That Englar
Realty Co. through its officers and agents went into possession of said land

~ under said conveyance which possession was never moiested or in any way
challenged by anyone. That this affiant caused Englar Realty Co. to sell
