dated May 16, 1936 and recorded in Dee d Book 76, page 275; that the said

MacGlashan went into actual physical possession of said land and continued
in such possession until he sold and conveyed the same to John A. Cook by ~

deed dated October 1, 1945, recorded in Deed Book 119, page 65; that the ~
~
possession of the said John A. Cook was open and notorious from the date
of the deed to him until September 14, 1946 on which date he conveyed the
same to his parents, John C. Cook and Sybil M. Cook, his wife, by deed dated ~

September 14, 1946 and recorded in Deed Book 128, page 115; that the last ;
~
named parties went into possession of said land and cont~nued until the death ~
of John C. Cook and Sybil M. Cook thereafter remained in sole and continous
possession ~hereof and is now in possession of said land.
Affiant further says that this affidavit is made for the specific purpose
of laying to rest any bogus clouds on the title resulting from the said E. Grace
~ Aylin signing a deed or deeds purporting to convey title to said land some 40
~
; years ago but after the date of the rendition of the Judgment in favor of John ~
~ A. Bentley against the said E. Grace Aylin; and this affiant knows that for
more than 40 years there has been no assertion of title or right of possession
~
~
= as to subject land on the part of the purported grantees of said deed from E.
Grace Aylin.
