tiNOV~ ALL MEN that WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC. , a Florida ~
corporation having its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida,
(hereinafter called the Assignor), in consideration of the sum of $10. 00 and
other good and valuable considerations paid to it by FIRST FEDERAL SAVINCCS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION UF FORT PIERCE, a United States corporation
having its principal place of business at 100 Sc~uth Second Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida (hereinafter called First Federal), hereby assigns unto First Federal
a certain Lease and Option to Purchase Agreement e:cecuted by Grace B.
Holloway to Assignor, dated November 1, 1971 and encumbering real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The North 50 feet of the South 110 feet of Lot 11, Block 1,
and the North 50 feet of the South 110 feet of the VV est 30
feet of Lot 12, Block 1, all of Aaron Lee's Map of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, as per plat thereof oii file in Plat
~ Book 1, page 189, of the public records of St. Lucie ;
County, Florida,

~ together with all of the rights of Assignor under said A~reement which is

on record in O. R. Book 197 , pages 658-662, St. Lucie County, Florida
