for point of beginning; thence run West 100 feet; thence North to a point on
the South line of Southeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence East 275.5 feet;
thence South to North right-of-way of Okeechobee Road; thence Southwesterly
~ on North right-of-way of Okeechobee Road to a point 150 feet South of the
` point of beginning; thence North to the point of beginning; said land situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements ~

' qu~etly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances ezcept as
may be herein described; that the `lortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
- sa~d land in the ~lortgagee as may reasonably be requircd; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
