~ Together uith all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and apputtenances thereunto belonging i~r ~n

plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
plants, l~ghting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele-
