LOWELL H. ROBERTS, party of the y:cond`part, whose mailing address is; 1379

WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has granted, bargained and 8old to the said party of the second part, his
• heirs and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being
in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to- wit;
Lot 14 Block 650 of Port St. Lucie Section 13, a Subdivision ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 4,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of
record; zoning and other regulatory ordinances and taxes for the year 1971.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the tit to said
