PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, Modulex Home Communities, Inc., as Mortgagor,
by indenture of mortgage bearinq date of 31st day of August,
1970, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida in Official
Records Book 186, Pages 2416-2434, granted and conveyed
unto Sargeant Citrus Products, Inc., as Mortgagee, the real
estate particularly described; and
WHEREAS, by instrument dated 31st day of August, 1970,
said mortgage was assigned by Sargeant Citrus Products, Inc.
to James Talcott, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested of James
Talcott, Inc. that it release from the effect and encumberance
shipping season
of the aforesaid mortgage the 1971-1972/citrus crop (orangss
; presently
! and grapefruit)/ growing on the encumbered real estate;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, James Talcott, Inc.,
in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) to it in

~ hand paid at the time of the execution thereof, does release,

~ quit claim, exone rate and discharge from the lien and operation
; shipping season
~ of the aforesaid real estate mortgage the 1971-1972/citrus

; crop (oranges and grapefruit)/growing on the encumbered real

~ property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida and more partic-
ularly described as follows:

4 all that part of section l, Township 36 South, ,
Range 38 east, lying north of state highway ~8
(now known as state road ~70), being that part
of said tract lying east of Header Canal and
west of the half section lateral canal running
north and south through said tract; subject to
= all rights of ways for public roads and drainage
- canals; and

Tract ~2 on that part of section 1, Township 36
South, Range 38 East lying south of state road #8
