THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of
November, 1971, by and between EVANS PACKING COMPANY, of Dade
City, Florida, hereinafter designated as the BUYER, and MODULEX
HOME COI~iUNITIES, INC., a Delaware corporation, hereinafter ~

designated, the GROWER.
WITNESSETH, that the GROWER does hereby sell and convey

to the BUYER its entire crop of Oranges and Grapefruit blooming
in the year 1971 x~nx~~x~~~ax~ax~s~~x~~~~~o~a~xasxxaxa~a~cax~x
~aa~~ on the Sunshine Grove, Ft. Pierce, Florida, as more
particularly described in Exhibit "A," which crop the GROWER
hereby warrants to be free and clear of all encumbrances, on ~
