apartment building being sometimes referred to as "~eascape II."
aach apartment in Seascape II is identified by the use of a
number, the first numeral of which shall identify the floor
upon which the apartment is located and the last two numerals
of which shall identify the location of the apartment on the
floor, all as graphically described in Exhibit B hereto. This
Declaration of CondDminium may be hereafter amended as herein
provided by successive submission of additional lands and improve-
ments to condominium ownership, the first such additional lands and
improvements being sometimes referred to as "Seascape III", and 4
the last such additonal lands and improvements which may be sub- ,
mitted being sometimes ref'erred to as "5easet~pe IV". Gach apart- ~
ment in Seascape III and Seascape IV will be i~entified by the I
use of a num~zr, all as shall be graphically described in the
successive amendments submitting said additional lands and
improvements to condominium ownership.
4. appurtenances ta apartments. The owner of each apartment
unit sha11 own an un iv~de s are and certain interest in the Corrlomi-
nitim property, which share and interest shall be appurtenant to the
apartment unit, said undivided interest in the Condominium property
and common elements being as designated and set forth in an r.xhibit
attached hereto.
_ 4.1 Limited Common ~lements.
(a) Storage S ace located within the building shall
be assigne so as o provide at least one such space to
the exclusive use of each apartment owner. ~
(b} Automobile Parkin~ Space. Limited comnon ele-

assigned pursuant to the rules and regulations of the
Association so as to provide parking for one autoirabile,
i.e., one parking space for each apartment, provided,

_ 6. Nembership in Association. Membership of each apartment owner

= of each apartment unit owner in the funds and assets held by the Associ- ~
- ation shall be in the same proporation as the liability of each such-
owner for common expenses. ~
