Provided, ho~?ever, that until Developer has completed a1T o~'"~fie contemplated improvementa and closed the sale of all oP the apartments oP the Condominium, neither the apartment oxners nor the Asaociation, nor the use of the Condominium property shall interfere with the comgletion oP the contemplated improve- ments and the sale of the apartments. Maintenance of conununity interests.
