ably require. Such notice at the apartment owner's
option may include a demand by the apartment oMner that
the Association furniah a purchaser of the apartment
if the proposed purchaser is not approved; and if such
demand is made, the notice shall be accompanied by an
executed copy oP the proposed contract to sell.
(2) Lease. An apartment owner intending to make
a bona fi3e rease oP hia apartmen~ or ar.~ +nterest in s
it ahall give to the Asaociation notice oP auch in- ~
tention, together Nith the name and addreas oP the in- ~
tended lesaee, such other infdrmation concere~ing the ~
intended lessee as the Asaociation may reaaonably re- ~
quire and an executed copy of the proposed lease. ~

d evise or inheritance, or by any other manner not pre-
viously considered, shall give to the Association notice
of the acquiring of his tltle, together with such infor-
mation concerning tn~ apartment or+ner as the Associat3on j
may r~asonably require, and a certified copy of the in- ;
! strument evidencing the or~mer's title. ~
; (4) Failure to give notice. If the above re-
~ quired not ce o e asoc a on is not given, then at
- any time after receiving kno~ledge oP a transaction or
~ event tranaferring oxnership or poasesaion of an apart-
~ ment, the Association at its election and withaut notice ~
e may approve or disapprove the transaction or ownership. ~
P If the Association disapproves the transactions or o~n-
= ership, the Association shall proceed as if it had re- ~
~ ceived the required notice on the date of such disap- '
~ proval.

_ (1) Sale. If the proposed transaction ia a sale
then within ~irty (~0) days after receipt of such no-
tice anci information the Association must either ap-
prove or disapprove the proposed transaction. If ap-
= proved, the approval shall be stated in a certiPicate
A eaecuted by any officer of the Association, in record-
able form.

(2) Lease. If the proposed transaction is a ;
lease, then`Mi'~hin thirty (~0) days after receipt of ;
such notice and inPormation the Association must eith- =
_ er approve or disapprove the proposed transaction. If ~

_ executed by any oPficer of the Asaociation, in non-re-
cordable form.
