(2) Lease. If the above re- ~ quired not ce o e asoc a on is not given, then at - any time after receiving kno~ledge oP a transaction or ~ event tranaferring oxnership or poasesaion of an apart- ~ ment, the Association at its election and withaut notice ~ e may approve or disapprove the transaction or ownership. ~ P If the Association disapproves the transactions or o~n- = ership, the Association shall proceed as if it had re- ~ ~ ceived the required notice on the date of such disap- ' ~ proval.
