1. Identity. These are the By-Laxs of COIANNADES CONIDOMINIUMS
ASSOCIATION N0. 5, INC. hereinafter called the "Aasoci$tion," a ?

corporation no~ for profit under the laws of
the State of Florida,
organized pursuar~t to the provisions of Chapter 711, Florida Statutes
1963, hereinafter referred to as the "Condominium Act".
1.1 The office of the Association ahall be at 1323 Bayshore
~ Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida. ~

1.2 The fiscal year of the Association shall be the

° calendar year.

€ 1.3 The seal of the Association shall bear the name

$ of the corporation, the word "Florida", the xords "corpora-

~ tion not for proPit", and the year oP incorporation.

" 2. Members~ meetings.
- 2.1 The annual members~ meeting ahall be held at the

oPfice oP the Association at 1323 Bayshore Drive, Fbrt Pierce,

on the secor~d Thursday of November of each year, i'or the ,
~ purpose of electing directors ar~d transacting any other

~ busiryess authorized to be transacted by the membera; pro-
vided, ho~ever, if that day is a legal holiday, the meet-

= ing shall be held at the same hour on the next day that is
not a holiday.
= 2.2 Special membera~ meetin~s shall be held whenever
- called by the President or V1ce-Presid ent or by A ma~ority
of the Board of Directors, and must be called by such officers
upon receipt of a rrritten request from members entitled to cast
- Pifty-one (51~) percent of the votes oP the entire memb~rship,
provided, however, until FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
