unit ahall be designated by a certificate aigned by

and filed Mith the Secretary of the Aasociation. Such ~
certiPicates ahall be valid until revoked or until
superseded by a subsequent certi'ficate or until a s

change in the oMnership oP the condominium unit cor~ ~

to cast the vote of a corriominium unit may be rev~okaed
by any ormer of a condominium unit. If such a certifi- '
cate ia not on Pile, the vote of such oxnera shall not
be considered in determinirg the requirement for a
` quorum nor for any other purpose.

~ 2.6 Proxiea. Votes may be east in person or by proxy. ~
~ A proxy may be made by any person entitled to vote and shall be ~
