the proviaiona of 3.2 above, shall exter~d until the next
annual meeting of the membera and subaequently until hia
auccesaor ia duly elected and qualified or until he ia
removed in the manner elaerrhere provided.
3.4 The organization meeting oP a nerrly-elected Board of
Directors shall be held Kithin ten (10) days of their eleation ?
at auch place and time as ahall be fixed by the Directora at
the meeting at xhich they were elected, and no further notice
of the organization meeting ahall be neceasary.
3.5 Regular meetinga of the Board oP Directors may be
held at such time and place as ahall be determined, from time
to time, by a ma~ority of the directora. Notice oP regular
meetinga ahall be given to each director, peraonally or by mnil,
telephone or telegraph, at least three ( 3) daya prior to the day
named for such meeting. ~
3.6 Special meetinga of the directors may be called by
the Preaident and must be called by the Secretary at the xritten
; request of one-third of the directors. Not lesa than three (3)

~ days notice of the meeting ahall be given personal~q or by mail,

~ telephone or telegraph, rrhich notice shall state the t3me, place

- and purpose of the meeting.
3.7 Waiver of notice. Any director may Maive notice of
~ a meeting before or aPter the meeting and such Naiver shall be

~ deemed equivalent to the giving oP notice. t

~ 3.8 A quorum at directors~ meetinga shall conaiat of a

~ maJority of the entire Board of Directora. The acta approved

` by a ma~ority of those present at a meeting at Nhich a quorum t

~~3 is present shall constitute the acts oP the Board of Directora,
except Mhen approval by a greater nuanber of directors is re-

- quired by the Declaration of Condominium, the Articles oP In-

- corporation, or these By-Larrs. ~
3.9 Ad~ourned meetings. IP at any meeting of the Board '

- of Directora there be lesa than a quorum present, the maJority
of those present may ad~ourn the meeting from time to time.
