recreation area, in behalf oP and in the name of the

(b) To enter into a long-term management contract,

providing for the management oP the condominium property ~

and of the recreation area. ~
(c) Zb enter into contracts for the purpose of

making available to the o~ners of coniominium units and
the residenta of the condominium apartment building such
aervices as, but not limited to, door man and automobile
parking; maid service; security alarm syatem and the
like, provided, hoMever, that the term or period of such
contracts shall not eaceed fifteen (15) years, and pro-
vided, f~irther, that said contracta may provide for ad-
ditional extensions of the original term in the abaence
; of ~ritten notice of ter~aination by either party. No

` such coritract shall impose any inwluntary monetary obli-

~ gation or assessment upon ar~ resident oP the conc3om~nium

~ building or upon the Association, but ahall serve only to

? make available such servicea at the election an~d option

~ 5. Officera .
- 5.1 The executive oPficera of the Association ahall be a
~ President, Mho shall be a director, a Yice-President, Mho shall
~
be a director, a Treasurer and a Secretary, all of Nhom ahall be '
~ elected annually by the Board oP Directors, and such Assistant
Secretaries aryd Assistant Treasurers as the Board of Directors

ri may from time to time determine upon. Any person may hold two
or more officea except that the same person shall not hold the
office of President and Vice-Preaident, provided, ho~+ever, that
~ the President ahall not also be the Secretary or an Assistant
Secretary. Any ofPicer may te rem~ved peremptorily by a vote of
tMO-thirds of the directors present at any duly conatituted meet-
ing.
