of the Asaociation. He ahall have aIl oP the por+er8 and duties
usually veated in the ofPice oP president of an association,
including but not limited to the poMer to appoint committees ;

5.3 The Yice-Presidant in the absence or diaability of
the President shall exercise the powers and perform the duties
oP the Pr~sident. He sha21 alao assist the President generally ~
and exercise such other poMera and perform such other dutiea aa
shall be prescribed by the Directors.
5.4 The Secretary shall keep the minutes oP all proceedinga
oP the directora and the members. He shall attend to the giving
and serving oP all notice to the members and directors and other
noticea required by lax. He shall have cuatody of the seal of ;
f the Asaociation and aPPix it to instruments requiring a seal r+hen

~ duly signed. He shall keep the recorda of the Associat3on, ex-
~ cept those of the Treaaurer, and~ shall perform all other duties

~ incident to the office of Secretary of an association ar~d as may
~

be required by the directors or the President. The Asaiatant Sec-

s retary, if ar~y, ahall perform the duties of the Secretary Khen
~ the Secretary ia absent, and shall otherwise assist the Secre-

~ 5. 5 The Treasurer shall have cus tody oP all property of the

~ Association, including funds, securities and evidencea oP indebted-
~
ness. He shall keep the booka of the Association in accordsnce

~ ~ith good accounting practices; and he shall perPorm all other
~ duties incident to the oPPice of Treasurer. The Assis~ant Treasur~ ~

- er, if any, shall perform the dutiea oP the Treasurer Nhen the
- Treasurer is absent, and shall otherwise asaist the Treasurer.
