menta Por the rea~s3ning portion of the calendar year Por which
an amended aasessment is made shall be payable in aa many equal
installmenta as there are full months of the aalendar year left
as of the date of such amended asseasment, each such nanthly
installment to be paid on the ~'irst day of the month, comnencing
the first day of the neat enauing month. Provided, rtothing here-
in shall serve to prohibit or prevent the Board of Directors Prom
imposing a lump awn asaessment in case of any i~aediate need or
emergency.
6.4 Acceleration of asaessment installmenta upon dePault.
If a condominium unit oxner shall be in default in the payment
of an installment upon an assessment, the Board of Directors

may accelerate the remafning installments of the asaessment upon ~

notice to the condominium unit owner, and the then unpaid balance ;

of the assessment shall be due upon the date stated in the notice, ~

; but not less tha» five (5 ) days after delivery of the notice to s

~ the condominium unit or~mer, or not less than ten (10) days aPter

~ the mailing of such notice to him by registered or certified mail,

~ whichever shall first occur.

6.5 The depository of the Association ahall be such bank

or banks as shall be designated Prom time to time by the directora ~
~ and in which the monies of the Association shall be dep~sited. ~
° Withdrawal of monies from such_~ccounts shall be only by checks
signed by auch persons as ~e authorized by the directors, pro-

- vided that a Management Agreement may include in its proviaions

6.6 Fidelity bonds may be required by the Board of Directors
= for all persona handling or responsible for Aasociation furrls in
~ such an amount as ahall be determined by the Board. The premiuma ;

~ 6.7 Audit. An audit of the accounts of the Association ~
