Unpaid asaess- menta Por the rea~s3ning portion of the calendar year Por which an amended aasessment is made shall be payable in aa many equal installmenta as there are full months of the aalendar year left as of the date of such amended asseasment, each such nanthly installment to be paid on the ~'irst day of the month, comnencing the first day of the neat enauing month. Provided, rtothing here- in shall serve to prohibit or prevent the Board of Directors Prom imposing a lump awn asaessment in case of any i~aediate need or emergency. 6.4 Acceleration of asaessment installmenta upon dePault.
