If payrr.en~ of tye net atirard as aforesaid shall
not be received by I,essor in ti~r~e to permit payrr~nts as
the t4•ork of' restoration ar.d replacement progr~sses, the Les-
see shatl, nevertheZess, perform and fully pay for such
t~rork ~riithouL de~ ay (eYCept for ur~voidable delays over whic}-: +
the Les~.ee has no contr~ol) and payment of the am.ount to
r~hich Lessee may be entitled shall thereafter be n~3e by Les-
sor out of said net award as and t~ihen pavment oi' such net
award is received by Lessor. If the funds to be applied b3~
Lessor be i~sufficient to pay the entire cost of such res±r•=~~
ation, Lhe Lessee agrees to pay any deficiency and to dep~s--

From and after the date cf vesting of title in
such praceedin~, a~us~ proportion of the rent, accordin~;

m~incier of the terrn of this Lease.
