All mobile home parks shall be provided with safe and ~ ~ convenient vehicu?ar access from abutting public streets or ; roads to each mobile home space. Such access shall be provided by streets, driveways or other means. 2. Park entrance shall be at least 36 feet wide and no ~ parking shall be permitted for a distance of 100 feet from its ~ point of beginning. ; ~ 3. All other streets must have a right of way of not > less than 30 feet and shall be adequately lighted. 4. Paved off-street parking shall be furnished at a rate ~ of at least two car spaces for each mobile home space, with parking area, plus access driveway. 5. All paving must be d one to County specifications. K. Required recreation areas: i 1. In all mobile home parks there shall be one or more j recreation areas which shall be easily accessible to all park residents. 2. The size of such recreation areas shall be based upon f a minimum of 100 square feet for each mobile home space. No i outdoor recreation area shall contain less than 3,000 square feet and shall not be longer than twice its width. . ~ 3. Recreation areas shal~ be so located as to be free of traffic haz~rds and should+ where the topography permits, ~ be centrally located. ~ L. For the purpose of development of a mobile home park, ~ ~ sales of mobile homes on site may be allowed for a period not ' ~ to exceed two (2) years, which may be extended by application ~ to the Planning and Zoning.~mmission. The specific site or ~ ~ sites may be shown as a part of~the overall development plan and must be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. M. No Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued by the Building and Zoning Department until: 1. The St. Lucie County Health Department has given ~ its written approval of the water and sewerage disposal systems ~ as constructed. ~ ~ '3 2.
