Assignment of Interest in Mortga~e

I, the undersigned, owner of a~3~' i::!-erest in a purchase
money mortgage (and of the indebtedness secured by it) made by
Southall, Inc., a District of Columbia corporation, for $75,000.00
and a separate promissory note of $37,500.00, on the 27th day of
August, 1970, and recorded in 0. R. Book 186, page 2121 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for valuable considera-
tions, do assign and transfer all of my interest in the above
descrioeu mortga~~ a::~ ~ndebtedness to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
FORT PYERCE~ Fort Pierce, Florida.
This assignment shall also secure the payment of any future
advances or loans that may be made by the assignee to the assignor
at any time within ten years hereafter even though no indebtedness
is outstanding hereunder, provided that the maximu~ principal
amount of monies so secured shall not exceed $25,000.00
at any time, and provided further that such advances or loans
shall be evidenced by separate written instruments to invoke
the terms hereof .
It is expressly covenanted and agreed by SPENCER B. GILBERT,
'f as assignc~r, that at the time of the execution and at the time

~ of the delivery of this assignment, there has been no anticipation
~ ,~=`~y of p~~-paYment of his ~ interest in the above described mort-
; gage and inaebtedness, and that as of this date only the payments
~ for the months of December, 1970, March, June and September, 1971,
have been paid by the mortgagor, and as of this date there is
~ outstanding principal due on the aforesaid promissory note from
~ Southall, Inc. in the amount of $25,818.19.
