parties of the first part, hereinafter called the Mortgagors, to GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPOkATI~1, a Delavare corporation duly authorized to transact
business in the State of Florida, party of the second part, hereinafter called i
the Mortgagee.
WI1TdESSETH, That for divers good and valuable cansiderations, and also in
consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of even date
herewith, hereinafter described, the said Mortgagors do grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee, its succes-
sors and assigns, in fee simple, all that certain tract of land, of which the
said Mortgagors now awn in fee simple, situate in S t. Luc ie County,
State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 10, Block 169 of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT 11,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 15, Page 15, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

_ appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagee, and its successors and assigns, in fee
simple. ;

~ AND the said Mortgagors, for themselves and their heirs, legal representatives
~ and assigns, do covenant with said Mortgagee, its successors, legal representa-
= tives and assigns, [hat said Mortgagors are indefeasibly seized of said land in
fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lavful for said Mortgagee, its succes-
sors, legal representatives and assigns, at all times peaceably and quietly to
= enter upon, hold, occupy azd enjoy said land; that said land is free from all
- encumbrances; that said Mortgagors, their heirs and legal representatives, will
` make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to said land in
= said Mortgagee, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, as may
= reasonably be required; and that said Mortgagors do hereby Fully warrant the
` title to said land will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons

PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said Mortgagors, their heirs, legal representatives or
- assigns, shall pay unto the said Mortgagee, its successors, legal representatives ;
