To perform,comply aith, abide by each and every the stipulations,
agreements, conditions and covenants in said promissory note, and in this deed
set forth.
6. If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not promptly and 4
fully paid within thirty (30) days next after the same severally become due =
and payable, or if each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions `
and covenants of said procnissory note and this deed, or either are not fully ;
performed, caoplied with and abided by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in ~
said promissory note shall become due and payable forthwith or thereafter at
the option of the Mortgagee, its successors, legal representatfves or assigns,
as fully and completely as if the said aggregate sum were originally stipulated
to be pafd on such day, anything in said promissory note or herein to the
contrary notwithstanding.
7. If this mortgage is executed by only one person, then all plural nouns,
pronouns and verbs herein relating to more than one Mortgagor shall be construed ;
as singular ~touns~ttd pronouns o~ the appropriate gender and singular verb, it
being the intent and purpose hereof that this mortgage shall conform to the
circumstances as fully as if each change from plural to singular of appropriate
gender was set forth in writing herein. If this mortgage is executed by more
than one person, then the preceding sentence of this paragraph numbered 7 shall
be construed as surplusage and as being stricken. •
8. This mortgage, including the execution and acknowledgment thereof,
sha21 be construed under the laws of the State of Florida.
