EXECUTORS DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ day af November,
1971, between CHARLES W. SAMPLE and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as
Executors of the Estate of ADRIAN M. SAMPLE, deceased, partfes
of the first part, oined by ESTELLE K. SAMPLE, widow of said
decedent, and Fronk Hoos,os Trustee,
party of the second part, whose address is:

Jupiter, Florido
W I T N E S S E T H:
The partiesof the first part pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named ;
decedent, and pursuant to the Order of the County Judge`s Court ;
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, entered November 18, 1971,
authorizing and confirming this sale, and in consideration of ($10.00)in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, his ;
heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate ~
in St. Lucie County, Florida more particularly described as
follows:

The South 1/2 of Section 25, and the East 1/2 of '
the NE 1/4 of Section 25, al.i in Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, less rights of way for public roads
and rights of way for North St. Lucie River Drainage
District Canals.

i Together with the entire citrus crop for the 1971-72
~ season presently existing upon the citrus grove

~ situate on the above property.

~ TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
~ and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
~ real property.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
~ part, and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
~ AND the par~sof the first part does covenant to and with ~
~ the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in
~ all things perliminary to and in and about the sale and this ,
~ conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
~ Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects. ,
