WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the 20th day of August A.D. 1971 by
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Trustee under an ag reement with
Rupert N. Koblegard, Jr., dated December 29, 1967, and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Successor Trustee under an
Agreement with Rupert N. Koblegard, Sr. and Rose M.
Koblegard, dated November 24, 1953, for the benefit
of Rupert Neis Koblegard, III.
hereinafter called the grantor, to
RUPERT NEIS KOBLEGARD, III, ~
whose post office address is P. O. Box 3230, Fort Pierce, Florida.
