THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this~~ day of December, 1971, by and
between IDNA WHITWORTH MALONEY, surviving widow of D. C. Maloney, Sr.,
deceased, Grantor, of the County of Clayton, StaLe of Georgia, party
of the first part, and DWIGHT F. LOGAN and NELLIE E. LOGAN, his wife,
Grantees, whose Post Office Address is 3801 Shroyer Road, Dayton,
Ohio 45429, parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideY-
ation of the sum of Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) to her
in hand paid by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to t?~e said parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following
described rea3 property, and rights and interests as set forth below and
in real property located and situate in the County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block # B, Lot # 23 of HOLIDAY OVr
AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official ReEords Book
168 at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. As provided for by the Condominium act of the
Statutes of the State of Florida {Chapter 711, Et Seq. 1965) ~
said description in this conveyance includes, but is not
limited tor all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above ,
described, including the limited cor,mon elements assigned

thereto, and including the undivided interest in the common
' elements of said Condominiiun.

~ This Conveyance is subject to the following:

€ l. Taxes and assessments for the year 1972 and subsequent

~ 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of

3. The Declaration of Condominitun and exhibits attached
thereto and the Articles of Incorporation of the

- The aforesaid property is the same property conveyed by HOLIDAY OUT IN
~ AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC. to D. C. Maloney, Sr. and Edna W. Maloney,
his wife, by deed recorded in Official Records Book 171, page 986 of
= the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
- upon the heirs, executors, administrators and successors of the
Grantees and Grantor does warrant the title to all the premises hereby
= conveyed, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
~ persons whomsoever.
