2198~J WARRANTY DEED
TH1S INDENTURE, Made this lst day ofDeCesber1971, between
JAMES H, BROOKS, a single adult of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
grantor, and WILl1AM C. FURST AND JOAN H. FURST, his wife, of the county of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, grantee, WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and
in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOILARS, and other good and
valuable considerations to said gra~tor in hand paid by said grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following de-
scribed land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
