and, (:i) performance and discharge of the covenants and obligations of that

ASSZGNOR agrees:
(a? To faithfully abide by, perform and discharge each and every
= abligation, covenant and agzeement of said lease by lessor to be
performed; at the sole cost and expense of ASSIGNOR, to enforce or
s`' secure the performance of each and every obliqation, covenant, con-
dition and agreement of said lease by the lessee to be perfozmed;
-=i not to modify, extend or in any way alter the terms of said lease
j: or accept a surrender thereof; not to anticipate the rents there-
= under, or to waive, excuse, condone or in any manner zelease or
discharge the lessee thereunder of or from the obligations, cove-
nants, conditions and aQrPements by said lessee to be perfozmed,
including the obligation to pay the rental called for thereunder
in the manner and at tne place and time specified therein, and
ASSI,~]OR does by these presents expressly release, relinquish and
surrender unto the BANK all its right, power and authority to amend,
3 modify, cancel, or in any way alter the terms or provisions of said
