which it r.:~y or niqht incur under said lease or under or by reason
of this assignment and of and fra~n any and all claims and demancis
whatsoever which may be asserted against it by reason of any
alleged obligations oz undertaking on its part to perform or dis-
charge any of the teYms~ covenants or agreements contained in said
lease; should the BANK incur any such liability, loss or damage ;
under said lease or under or by reason of this assignment, or in '
the defense of any such claitns or demands, the amount thereof, ;

including costs, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees. shall be
secured hereby, and ASSIGNOR snall reimburse the BJWK therefor

4. Until the indebtedness secured hereb}~ shall have been i:aid in
full, ASSIGNOR covenants and agrees to transfer and assign to the
BAt3K any and all subsequecit leases upon all or any part of said
demised premises upon t~e same or substantially the same terms
and conditions as are herein contained, and to make, execute and
deliver to the BAP~1~, upon demand, any and all instruments that nay
be necessary therefor.
5. Upoo the payment in full of ail indebtedness secure~ hereby,
this assignment shall become and be void and of no effect, but
the affidavit of any officer or loan correspondent of the BANK
showing any par* of said indebtedness remaining unpaid shall be
and constitute conclusive evidence of the validity, effective-
ness and continuing force of this assiqnment, and any person nay
and is hereby authorized to rely thereon.
6. All notices, demands, or documents of any kind which the BA23K
may be required to or :nay desire to serve upon ASSIG':~IOR hereunder,
~ay be served by delivering the sa.-ne to ASSIGNOR personally, or by
leaving a copy of such notice, demand or document addressed to
ASSIGt~OR at its address appearing opgosite its signature herein- .
below, or by degositing a copy of such notice, demand, or document
~ in the United States r.?ail, Fostaqe prepaid, and addressed to
ASSIQ30R at its said acldress, or to such address that may have
` been furnished to the BA`:I~ ir, writing by ASSIQ~OR for this ;
