AGREEMENT FOR DEED
Made this day of November, 1971, between NARTMAL~ INC.,
a Florida corporation, JACK POPICK and RUTH POPICK, his wife,
parties of the first part, and ROBERT T. ELDRIDGE and WANDA P.
ELDRIDGE, his wife, whose post office address is: 1102 Sunrise
Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Fla. , parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That if the said parties of the second part shall
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and perfoYmed, the said parties of the first
part hereby covenant and agree to.convey and assure to the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple,
clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient deed,
the lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 2, RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES,
UNIT #2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 40 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,

' and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to '

' Each installment shall first be applied in payment of interest and,

~ then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum; and to pay all taxes, '

~ assessments or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed
upon said Iand subsequent to the year 1971. And in case of failure

- of the said parties of the second part during the term of this
= agreement to make any of the payments or any part thereof, or to
perform any of the covenants on their part hereby made and entered
= into, this contract shall, at the option of the parties of the ;

first part, be forfeited and terminated, and the parties of the second

part shall forfeit all payments made by them on this contract; and
