In consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in
hanc3 paid other good and valuable considerations, receipt of
which is acknowledged, ST. LUCIE AVIATION INC., a Florida
corporation, does hereby give, grant, sell, convey and assign

to St. Lucie Airmotive, Inc., a Florida corporation, its
entire interest in and to a certain Lease Agreement wherein
the said St. Lucie Aviation Inc., is Lessee and St. Lucie
County is Lessor, said Lease Agreement being dated January 2,

1JJV~ and having been recorded January I6, 1956, in Deed
Book 209 page 419, public records of St. Lucie County, '
Florida; and
The said St. Lucie Aviation Inc., warrants and re-
~ presents that said lease is currently in good standing and

it has paid and discharged all rental due thereunder to the
~ date hereof and further represents and warrants that this
assignment has been approved by the said Lessor in a duly
~ constituted meeting.
